Almond Housing Association is a registered Scottish Charity based in Livingston, serving tenants and owners throughout the West Lothian area.
Currently we are seeking an experienced, qualified Manager to support and guide our Housing Management section to deliver quality front line services to our 2,500 tenants.
Candidates will have relevant experience of working in a target focussed environment and have experience and skills in dealing with front line tenant requests, along with a proven track record in income management and tenancy management. The successful applicant will also be responsible for the line management of an established team of housing officers, therefore previous experience of motivating and leading a team is essential.
